jezz i really need to draw some more, since i got my box i jus seem to keep playin it instead, but i spise i still draw on sundays but omg i wanna draw more but i cant. damn huh what am i doin???

Hey man, you left a message about 3 months ago. Sorry for the late reply. I never really go on devart anymore cos i never replaced my broken scanner.
You asked if i draw from my head, or if i use references.
I draw mostly from my head, but i look at a lot of pictures of how people dressed in past ages, and have studied anatomy books a little so i can get the proportions to look more realistic. It helps to know how the body is put together if you intend to draw it :)
Anyway good luck with your art!
